PAPERLESS NOTIFICATIONS !!!!

The Flint Area Housing Authority has been preparing to go paperless for well over a year now. Effective May 1st, 2024, it went into complete effect. The Housing Authority has been receiving many calls about this. All of the Resident’s were sent a form several times to fill out and turn back in on how they wanted to be notified. Please do not assume that just because we have your cell number and/or email we know how you want them to be received. If you have not completed a form, please contact the Housing Authority immediately to get your information on file.
