Welcome to The Flint Area Housing Authority!

The Flint Area Consolidated Housing Authority serves Macon and Taylor Counties which include the following cities; Montezuma, Oglethorpe, Marshallville, Butler, and Reynolds GA. We work with the community, public and private partners to provide quality housing opportunities for eligible people with limited incomes through a variety of federal, state, local and private resources.

Let us help find the BEST possible Housing Program for your family!

The Flint Area Consolidated Housing Authority offers four different types of housing options for you and your family to choose from. We have Public Housing Apartments, Senior Citizen Apartments, USDA Townhouse Apartments, as well as a Homeownership program.

Our Authority wants to make sure that you find the program that best suits your family! For further information on program eligibility requirements, select from our different program options to further guide you.

Our Staff is ALWAYS here to help!

By choosing to Meet the Team, you will be quickly guided to the correct Team member to help with your housing questions.

You also can always contact us directly and one of our Team members will reach out to you as soon as possible.
