2023 Annual Inspections
The 2023 annual inspections with US Inspection Group have been scheduled for February 21st-March 2nd, 2023. During this two week time frame, all of the properties will be inspected.
President’s Day
The Flint Area Housing Authority will be closed on Monday, February 20, 2023 in observance of President’s Day.
Rent is due
Rent is always due on the first day of every month. Residents have until the 10th to make their payments to avoid any late charges.
