Pine Lake Apartments
Our Pine lake Apartments are quaint two and three bedroom townhouse apartments. All of the bedrooms are located on the second floor of the apartments. We have some units that have rental assistance and others that pay the basic rent for the bedroom size apartment that the Resident currently resides in.
Pine Lake Apartments in Montezuma were developed in partnership with the USDA to complete. These apartments are for low-income families and operate differently from normal public housing. This property consists of two and three bedroom townhouse apartments with limited rental assistance. For more information about this program, reach out to one of the Authority’s team members!
