Senior Housing for Applicants 62 or Older
One bedroom, one bathroom apartments approximately 540 square feet each. a staff member will be available for emergencies 24 hours a day either on site or via cell phone. All of or Senior apartments offer affordable rents, Rent is based on 30% of gross income. Incomes cannot exceed $21,500 for one person or $24,600 for two people. All apartments are equipped with stoves, refrigerators, individually controlled heating, ventilating air conditioning units. Pets are allowed as long as an Agreement is signed and a deposit has been made.
