Outdoor Items!!!

Please be aware of the prohibited items allowed around the apartments. This has become an issue again.

To: Residents of the Flint Area Consolidated Housing Authority

From: Richard Reiter III, Executive Director

The Flint Area Housing Authority is sending this notice as a reminder to all Resident’s of the rules and regulations for maintaining the properties. We have received multiple complaints of the follow lists not being met. These items are causing the contracted grass company to not complete their job of maintaining the grass. It is NOT their responsibility to move items so that the grass can be cut. Due to multiple sites being in violation of these prohibited items, the Flint Area Housing Authority is giving you 7 days to correct any problems. On September 9th, 2020, Management will be walking all sites and any household that is not in compliance will be issued a fine. There will be no exceptions! Also, while Management is walking the grounds, any unauthorized vehicle, non-working vehicle, or vehicle without a current tag, will be tagged to be towed off the property. Please refer to the list below to make sure that your household is in compliance with the Flint Area Housing Authority’s policies:
