Toys and Trash Cans
As Summer approaches and the weather gets warmer, the children love to be outside. Please be sure that after they are done playing, all bikes and toys are put away and not left in the yards.
Office Closing
The Flint Area Housing Authority will be closed on April 20, 2023 for an all day Staff training event. Any payments can put put in out drop box which is located on the side of the building.

The Flint Area Housing Authority is working hard to make significant changes to reduce the amount of paper and postage that is used. Beginning immediately,
2023 Annual Inspections
The 2023 annual inspections with US Inspection Group have been scheduled for February 21st-March 2nd, 2023. During this two week time frame, all of the properties will be inspected.
President’s Day
The Flint Area Housing Authority will be closed on Monday, February 20, 2023 in observance of President’s Day.
