Office Closure
The Flint Area Housing Authority will be closed, Thursday, July 4th, 2024. We will reopen Monday, July 8th. We hope everyone has a safe and Happy Holiday weekend!

Quarterly Pest Control

PAPERLESS NOTIFICATIONS !!!!
The Flint Area Housing Authority has been preparing to go paperless for well over a year now. Effective May 1st, 2024, it went into complete effect.
Security Camera’s
Security Camera’s have been put on some of the Housing Authority properties for Resident Safety. These camera are running 24/7 and are accessible by The Flint Area Housing Authority as well as our Local Police Department.
