Management has a Zero Tolerance Policy with respect to violations of lease terms regarding drug and/or criminal activity. Resident’s and/or guests who engage in drug or other criminal activity will face swift terminations and eviction actions as outlined in the dwelling lease.

The Flint Area Housing Authority will be closed Tuesday, July 4th, 2023 in observance of Independence Day. FACHA will reopen on Wednesday, July 5th, 2023 at 8:00am.
